Connect with 53 UDP port by the software or App
Use APN- blackberry.net

Activate DOCOMO 3G
Maintain main balance Zero
Connect with Internet with APN :TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET
Download pd proxy
Login to your account or create a new its totally free.
Go to advance setting Set UDP PORT : 53 or 25000
Now you have Done all the process Just connect Your Modem and Pd- Proxy
Done
